GPT Image 2 with my own OpenAI key, for cloud runs

Google Flow isn't available for cloud runs yet, because it needs my Google sign-in. Could I enter my own OpenAI API key and have scene pictures drawn with GPT Image 2 instead? - Choose the quality setting, so the cost fits the video. - Keep the template's style prompt, so the pictures match its look. - Most useful for filling scenes when no suitable footage is found.
